Overview

While troubleshooting an issue for a client, I ran into the strict limits of SPF lookups. Unable to find a reliable yet affordable service to automate updating SPF records, I decided to build one myself.

This project spanned the entire lifecycle: product design, full-stack development, a deep dive into SPF RFC standards, extensive testing, and secure server deployment.

Once I launched SPFlat!, I focused on marketing the product to the people who need it most. Shortly after, the first customer went live.
